a few pics of a short film Riba we achieved in june 03. we used tomcat toonshader and a lot of research and paints to do it.
soft MAYA.
3D Production took 6 months...
sorry,the short is not avalaible at this time...

I got a very nice "mixed-feeling" over this piece. The rendering is very sketchy but also "volumed" in a very pleasant, unusual way. I love the colors and lightning. Well done.

the mix of 2D /3D feel works really nicely. there seem to be some shadows missing, notably behind the cat character and the chair but overall great job!
